Read the system
One park day can involve several different permissions to move.
Admission answers “may I enter?” Scenic buses answer “how do I connect the areas?” Cableways and the elevator answer “how do I change elevation?” The itinerary tells you which of those products you actually need.
01 · Ticket architecture
Four layers, not one universal pass.
The official manual documents individual and bundled products. A larger bundle is not automatically better if its route components do not match your day.
Internal movement
Eco-buses connect areas inside the park. A bus ticket does not remove the walking between stops, viewpoints and transfer points.
Operating route + last serviceVertical transport
Tianzi, Yangjiajie and Huangshi Village cableways and the Bailong Elevator are distinct route tools, with separate or bundled products documented by the manual.
Direction + ride count + operationSeparate attractions
Yellow Dragon Cave and Baofeng Lake use their own admission and visitor-transport structure rather than the Forest Park ticket logic.

03 · Vertical route tools
Mechanical transport reduces ascent. It does not make every route easy.
Approach walking, stairs, transfers, queues and weather exposure remain. Use each system for a specific route job.
Bailong Elevator
Connects the valley-side transport network with the Yuanjiajie mountaintop area.
Queues, the approach and viewpoint walking remain part of the day.Tianzi Mountain
Provides a principal vertical connection for the Tianzi Mountain side of the park.
Direction matters when building a one-way mountain crossing.Yangjiajie
Supports access to Yangjiajie when that area is included in the operating route.
Do not buy a bundled product unless the itinerary actually uses it.Huangshi Village
Can replace the steepest ascent to the plateau circuit from the Forest Park side.

Lake and cave visits form their own ticket chain.
The manual records separate admission and visitor transport for Yellow Dragon Cave and Baofeng Lake. At Baofeng Lake, admission, the local eco-bus and sightseeing boat are distinct components in the published snapshot.
05 · Recheck before payment
Six live details the manual cannot freeze.
Discounts and exemptions depend on current policy and valid identification. Never rely on an old screenshot at the gate.
