What these terms cover

These working terms apply to the Zhangjiajie Beyond English website, including destination information, My Zhangjiajie and Plan My Journey.

They describe the present development website. They do not create a booking, a package travel contract or a promise that any journey, ticket, transfer, stay or other service is available.

02 · INFORMATION

Travel inspiration, not a confirmed itinerary

Place, route and practical information is provided to help visitors understand Zhangjiajie and shape useful questions. Conditions such as weather, park operations, transport, access and opening arrangements may change.

Time-sensitive details should be checked against current official information and confirmed during planning.

03 · MY ZHANGJIAJIE

A preference list, not a cart

My Zhangjiajie saves selected content IDs in the visitor's browser so the same device can show those preferences again. Saving a place does not reserve it or create an account.

04 · PLANNING ENQUIRIES

A request for human review

Plan My Journey is designed to collect a planning brief: interests, dates, party size, pace and optional needs. A submitted request would invite a response; it would not itself confirm services or form a travel contract.

The current development form is a local simulation. It does not send or persist the enquiry.

05 · BOOKING & PAYMENT

No checkout or payment is available

This website currently has no booking engine, deposit flow, payment collection or automatic confirmation. Final terms for quotations, acceptance, deposits, balances, cancellation and refunds must match the approved operational workflow before any paid service is offered.

06 · TRAVELLER RESPONSIBILITIES

Share accurate planning information

Visitors should provide information that is accurate and reasonably necessary for a planning request, and should avoid passport numbers, payment data, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Passport, visa, health, insurance and entry requirements must be verified with the relevant official authority for the traveller and itinerary.

07 · CHANGING CONDITIONS

Nature and operations can change

Zhangjiajie's mountain environment is shaped by weather, walking conditions, capacity controls and transport operations. Any future service agreement must explain how material itinerary changes, alternatives and events outside reasonable control will be handled.

08 · CONTENT & RIGHTS

Use website material responsibly

Website text, maps, photography and other material may carry different rights and source conditions. Public access to a page does not by itself grant a right to reproduce or redistribute its content.

The final terms must identify the relevant rights holder and permitted uses without overstating ownership of third-party or official source material.

09 · THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Providers must be identified before use

Production hosting, analytics, payment and travel suppliers have not been approved through this website. If third-party services are introduced, their role, applicable terms and material limitations must be described accurately.

Liability and applicable law remain pending

No liability limitation, governing law, dispute process or jurisdiction should be inferred from this page. Those provisions require review against the verified operator, markets served and actual travel service model.
